Meet Dion: Your Wellness Support Specialist
Hi, I’m Dion, a Wellness Support Specialist and certified Level 2 EFT Tapping Practitioner based in Brisbane, Australia.
With over 15 years of experience in mental health support, I’ve dedicated my career to helping individuals achieve greater independence, reduce stress, and improve overall wellbeing.
My work is shaped by both lived experience with CPTSD and formal training in Trauma-Informed Care through Phoenix Australia (2025), a nationally recognised leader in trauma research and clinical education.
Trauma-Informed Care is a strengths-based framework that recognises the impact of trauma, prioritises emotional, physical, and psychological safety, and creates space for people to rebuild a sense of control and empowerment. This framework informs every part of my practice—from how I hold space to how I support choice, pace, and autonomy in the people I work with.
Over the years, I’ve supported individuals under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) with tailored, one-on-one care—particularly in the areas of mental health, emotional wellbeing, and daily living. I bring a grounded, consistent presence to my work, guided by empathy, active listening, and the belief that everyone deserves to feel supported and respected.
As an EFT Tapping Practitioner, I work with clients across Australia and internationally to help release stress, shift emotional patterns, and reconnect to a sense of internal safety. I draw from both personal and professional experience to create space for real, sustainable healing.
